The level of education is that of the university. Students are stretched by faculty teaching at a high level. finally the intent of the education is spiritually and educating to do ministries. While some students come for only a year, or take a degree, diploma and certified courses in a fielt that enchances the breadth of their knowledge and understanding ( as might be done in a university setting with many degrees), International Bible University also provides spiritual training that leads for them to do ministries.

Rev. Dr. Johnson Bible College Leader, Gospel Worker in North India in Nagpur, He started his career as a lecturer in Bible College in North India from 1997 - 2004, he has served as a Christian social worker towards uplift of Gypsy children, women and elders. Dr. Johnson was the NGO leader from 1999 to 2004 run the home for the Gypsy Children education and development.
Dr. Johnson's untiring efforts and hardwork had been instrumental in the establishment of ICI Diocese. He has guided, supported and has shouldered a crucial role in the growth of ICI diocese in the early days.
